Booking terms

These general terms apply to taxis, tour packages and group vehicles booked with Yadav Tour And Travels. Your written quotation (on WhatsApp, SMS or email) sets out the specific fare and conditions for your trip and takes precedence over this page.

Quotations and fares

• Fares depend on the vehicle, route, dates, duration and season, and are confirmed in your quotation.
• Toll tax, parking, state entry tax, driver allowance and night charges are extra unless your quotation says they are included.
• Distance and time beyond what is included are charged as listed in your quotation.

Changes and cancellations

Please tell us as early as possible if your plans change. Cancellation terms depend on the vehicle and trip and are shared with your quotation before you confirm.

During the trip

• Itinerary changes can be made within the booked hours and distance; extra time or distance is charged as quoted.
• Temple timings, festival closures and police diversions are outside our control and may change drop points or the order of visits.
• Please take care of personal belongings; we are not responsible for items left in vehicles, though we will always help to recover them.
